Sometimes when I wake up, I find my mind is racing about the things I have to do for the day. I think about all the fires I have to put out and my extra-long to do list. Sometimes, when I think about a negative circumstance that I need to take care of, I am put in a negative state of mind. I must remind myself immediately to change my negative thoughts to positive ones.
