The truth is – everyone “CAN” dance!  Our bodies naturally respond to the rhythmic sounds of music.  If choreography or the motion of dancing seems intimidating to you, take the first step – be brave and let go of your mental guard.   Dancing is a great way to have a blast while burning calories. It is also a fun, social and fantastic workout. You can dance almost anywhere, anytime and with anyone.
